EVERGOODS 是由 GoRuck創辦人Jack同前Patagonia研發部Kevin創造出嚟嘅新品牌。兩人多年從事於產品設計、開發、研發及製造部分，但發覺唔少戶外產品都著重於專業登山者需要，又或者同戶外用途有關。佢地就諗，點解唔可以有個日常生活都揹得出街嘅背包？
正當一眾户外品牌周而復始的推出不同的户外背囊的時候， 20-25L 的日常用背囊卻住住成為被忽略的一群，這亦催生了 EVERGOODS 的成立。
